Is this event open to the public?
The World Hajj & Umrah Convention is focused on bringing together professionals from within the sector. It is a business-to-business event with restricted access to the public.
However, WHUC will run 2 educational seminars on Hajj & Umrah for Muslims & Non Muslims. You must enrol to attend the educational program and must remember to bring your enrolment forms with you.
How many tour operators will attend this event?
This is a unique event which has received heightened interest nationally and internationally. The structure of this event ensures 100+ tour operators will participate though our Hosted Buyer program.
Is there a deadline by which we must register?
As with all events there is surge towards the later stages. To ensure quality service is provided and to meet the expectations of attending delegates and exhibitors, the last date for registration is 12th January 2012.
It must be noted that the UK has strict immigration laws and we suggest that you make your decision to attend 3 months prior to commencement of the WHUC.
Where is this event being held?
The venue hosting the WHUC is the British Museum in London. The main conference is being held in the BP Conference Hall with the Network reception in the Great Court.
WHUC is independently organised by Hajj People Events and authorised by the Museum to take place within it’s grounds. The British Museum is not directly or indirectly involved in organising the World Hajj & Umrah Convention and has no affiliation to it.
