The 2nd Annual World Hajj and Umrah Convention WHUC 2013 global participation levels have more than doubled from last year, with participants from over 40 countries representing the SIX continents vying to attend.
Major presence is expected from Pakistan, India, Nigeria and Bangladesh with sizeable representation from USA, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Iraq, Lebanon, Indonesia, Malaysia, plus delegates from Yemen, Bahrain, Egypt, Algeria, Australia, and many others including as far as New Zealand.
Global networks of 300 + Hajj & Umrah sector professionals are scheduled to convene to promote and enhance services dedicated for the Hajj and Umrah Pilgrims.
The attendees this year provide services to nearly 1 Million Hajj Pilgrims.

“This is a very important event for it brings us together, as we do not meet during Hajj; we are too busy serving the pilgrims and have no time”
added Mr. Ibrahim Eitani, Director of the Lebanon Hajj and Umrah Association,who attended last year’s convention and is looking forward towards this year’s event.
This year’s keynote speech will be delivered by Mr. Anggito Abimanyu, head of the Indonesia Hajj Mission, and former head of the Indonesian Fiscal Policy Office. He will share key insights and first-hand experience in managing the World’s largest Hajj group.
The delegate participation distribution closely represents Muslim population distribution globally.
